Hours: M-F, 9am - 5pm w/ Lunch Break 
Salary with/quarterly bonus when we hit our goals!
Start Date — Dec 1st 2018

**Ideally, you will have an administrative background (we need those type A’s!!!) or have

worked in the real estate industry before--although this is not a requirement! 


DESCRIPTION OF ROLE 

We are looking for someone to join our team who has an exceptionally positive outlook, is very organized, ambitious and genuinely loves being a part of a people-first community. The Administrative Lead will be the backbone of our company and lead in digital marketing, occasional client engagement, growing and tracking our lead database and assisting with day to day operations. MARKETING

  • Schedule & organize marketing material.

  • Carry out our daily digital marketing plan. 

  • Lead/client follow up and engagement.

  • Brainstorm unique ideas for great leads.

  • Enter new contact names, address, and emails in our database.  

  • Track and execute a mailing schedule for farming areas.   

  • Create marketing materials with agents for social media & blogs. 

  • Record which marketing category or contact method netted a particular sale. 

  • Add new leads into the backend system and keep backend updated and organized. 

GENERAL “OFFICE” DUTIES

  • Plan a daily to-do list and discuss with agents to assure each activity is a priority to both the agent and the administrative lead.

  • Maintain and expand our lead generation to help us become the number one real estate team for first time buyers, sellers, and investors.

  • Plan all special projects with an action plan to assure there is a record of time and cost for all projects to be evaluated at the end of each year for the following year.

  • Prioritizing income generating task first before beginning routine paperwork to ensure income for both agents and administrative lead. 

  • Meet with agents once a week to go over team goals, personal goals and come up with a weekly strategy to stay on track. 

  • Enthusiastically & promptly respond to inbound calls.

  • iCal / Google Cal savvy.

  • Charming and polite on the phone and in person.

  • Diligent, consistent and tenacious--if you don’t know something, you’'ll find out!

  • Growth-focused.

  • Systems-focused and efficient.

  • Digital marketing savvy (Blogging, Facebook Ads, SEO).

  • Social media savvy (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Excited to be around ambitious women with huge goals.

  • Interested in real estate, or are experienced in working with realtors/in a real estate office.

  • Proficient in excel.
